Paneer Gulgul formulas:

1. Combine maida, semolina, ghee, salt and celery in a bowl. Knead the mixture by mixing the milk and enough water.

2. Take ghee on the flour and cover with a soaked muslin cloth and keep aside for fifteen minutes. Heat the oil in a non-stick embroidery. Place the paneer in a bowl by crumble.

3. Add red chili powder, Kasuri methi powder, mango powder, garam masala powder, and salt and mix well. Roll the dough long and cut into small pieces.
