Pumpkin Pav Bhaji Recipe - How to Make Pumpkin Pav Bhaji at Home

1. Pav 

2. Red Pumpkin/Bhopal 200 grams 

3. Pav bhaji masala for 3 vast calfskin sprinkling 

4. Oil 3 tbsp 

5. Cauliflower, tattered 4 

6. Salt to taste 

7. Ginger Paste 2 Tsp 

8. Green bean stew cut 3-4 

9. Tomato 4 

10. Tomato/Potato Tomato puree 1/4 2 glasses 

11. Green Bell Peppers 1 

12. Margarine to taste 

13. Something Fresh green coriander 

14. Lemon 1

Pumpkin pav bhaji formulas: 

1. Warmth oil in a non-stick skillet, include cauliflower and saute. Add pumpkin to the container and blend. Include salt, ginger glue, green chilies, tomatoes, and blend. Cook for 2-3 minutes. 

2. Include 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala and blend. Pound everything with a masher. 

3. Include tomato puree, ½ glass water, and blend well. Cover and cook. 

4. Generally, slash green capsicum in a chopper and add to the container and blend. Cook till water vanishes. 

5. Cut the pavs without slicing through, apply margarine to the internal sides and sprinkle a little pav bhaji masala, open them out and cook another non-stick skillet. Turn them over, include 1 tbsp margarine and cook, turning sides, till marginally fresh. 

6. Hack coriander leaves and add to the bhaji and blend well. 

7. Change salt, include 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala, juice of 1 lemon and blend. 

8. Include 2 tbsp spread and blend well. 

9. Embellishment with a crisp red stew bloom, thin pieces of green capsicums and serve hot with pavs.
